How to Find Homes for Homeless Pets

PURRfect Partners offers a service to the community to "show" rescued kitties for adoption.

Here's how it works:

You will foster the cat and keep him in your home. You will bring the cat to our adoption site (see Adoption Information ) on Sat. and Sun. at 12:00pm and pick kitty up at 4:00pm (you can choose to come only one day).

You will be on time for both delivery and pick up.

You will provide PURRfect Partners with documentation of Spay/Neuter(if you had it done, if not we need a certification from a vet that it has been done), Proof of a current FeLV/FIV test, and up to date vaccinations. Refer to our Links page for information about financial assisitance for spay and neuter.

You will bring kitty in a clean carrier.

You will make sure that the cat has been treated for fleas, earmites, worms, etc. Kitty must be in good health. (If she has tested positive for FIV, we can still show her.)

We will provide a cage for "showing" the cat/s on Sat. and Sun. from 12:00 to 4:00.

We will do all of the Pre-screening. We give all potential adopters an oral interview. If we are considering them for adopting a cat, we ask them to fill out a Pre-Adoption Questionnaire . If all is well, we proceed to the adoption paperwork and the home visit, Then the new kitty parent takes home their new Baby.
